Shipping: Information and Fees
IMPORTANT: Your order will be processed automatically once placed, so no changes can be made to it afterwards. Please also note that you will receive your invoice in the order dispatch confirmation email.
Shipping and associated costs are subject to section 8 of Thader Pharma’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please review this carefully for further details.
Please also note:
- Shipping costs are €3.90 for orders under €30;
- Delivery is free for purchases over €30;
- During the order processing stage, the customer can choose the courier service they wish to use to receive their parcel from the various options available.
- Delivery times are 24 to 48 hours for mainland Spain and 48 to 72 hours for the Balearic Islands, counting from the time the courier collects the parcel from our warehouse. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if placed before 12 noon. In exceptional circumstances, this timeframe may be extended due to force majeure or during promotional periods or special campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany, etc.).
- Thader Pharma constantly strives to guarantee the best delivery service, delivery times, warranty and customer service.
- You will receive updates on the status of your order and the tracking number. If you do not have this information, please contact us and we will provide it to you.
- Packages are delivered to the address the customer has specified on the order form. You can access the customer area by registering on the website and manage a list of delivery addresses from there. You can check the order status in the relevant section.
- Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is made available to the customer at this address.
- Deliveries will generally be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours. In some cases, Saturday delivery is also possible, depending on the destination city.
- Products are shipped in sealed boxes with a security seal.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national and local public holidays in the destination city.
Delivery times:
- It is not common, but delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Thader Pharma and the transport company itself, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, seasonal periods with high volumes of shipments, etc.
- We cannot guarantee these delivery times, as transport is carried out by a company other than Thader Pharma. However, we work with the transport agencies offering the best delivery services on the market and do everything possible to ensure they fulfil the contracted service, for which we carry out exhaustive monitoring of deliveries and actively manage any incidents.
