Shipping: Information and Fees

IMPORTANT: your order will be processed automatically once made, so no modifications can be made to it later. We also inform you that you will receive your invoice in the order confirmation email. 

Shipping and expenses are subject to paragraph 8 of Thader Pharma's Terms of Sale. Please review it carefully for further information.

Also noteworthy:

• Shipping costs are 3.90 euros.
• Shipping is free for purchases of more than 30 euros.
• In the order processing process, the customer can choose the transport agency with which they wish to receive their package, from several options available.
• The delivery time is 24-48 hours from the carrier's pick-up at our warehouse. Exceptionally this period could be extended to a maximum of 7 working days for force majeure.  
• Thader Pharma constantly seeks to guarantee the best delivery service, deadlines, warranty and customer service.
• The customer will receive status information of the order and the tracking number. If you do not know him, you can contact us and we can provide it for you.
• Packages are delivered to the address that the Customer specified on the order form. You can access the customer space by registering on the website and manage from here an address book to send your orders to. The status of the order can be found in the relevant section.
• Delivery is considered complete at the time the package is made available to the Customer at this address.
• Deliveries will be made mainly from Monday to Friday during normal office hours. In some cases it is also possible to deliver on Saturday, depending on the destination city.
• Products are shipped in closed boxes with a safety seal.

Weekdays: Monday to Friday, excluding national and destination city holidays.

Transport times:

• It is not usual, but delivery times may vary due to force majeure outside Thader Pharma and the transport company itself, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, seasonal periods with high shipping volumes...
• We cannot guarantee these delivery times, since the transport is carried out by a company other than Thader Pharma. However, we work with the transport agencies with the best deliveries in the market and we do our best to ensure that they comply with the contracted service, for which we carry out an exahusive follow-up of the deliveries and actively managing the incidents.
