1. ORDERS

1.1 Do orders have to have a minimum purchase amount?

There is no minimum purchase amount. You can complete your order whatever the amount, but you will have to take into account the shipping costs, which will be free for orders over 30euro; in Spain and Portugal. And for orders over 60euro; in France.

For lower orders, shipping costs will be 3,90euro; except for specific promotions or shipping to other countries.

1.2 Can I modify the details of my order?

Once the order is placed, it is processed automatically, so it is not possible to make changes of any kind. This includes address, name, payment method or any of the variants that are requested and filled in during the purchase of the products.

1.3 Can I place my order by phone?

You can call us if you have any doubts about placing your order online; we will be happy to help you place your order.

To do this, you should call 900102507 during our Customer Service hours (Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00). Or if you prefer, send us your phone number to [email protected] and we will call you as soon as possible.

1.4 Why haven't I received my order yet?

Thader Pharmabusca constantly strives to guarantee the best delivery service, deadlines, guarantee and Customer Service.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. Force majeure causes such as strikes or adverse weather conditions may delay delivery times.

If the address you have entered is incorrect or out of date, the package will be resent to Thader Pharma. Therefore, please check that the delivery address is correct and up to date before confirming your order.

If you have any other problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service (Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00).

1.5 How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, it must be cancelled before it leaves our warehouse, i.e. once you have received the dispatch email, you will not be able to cancel it.

If you wish to cancel your order you can send us an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, contact telephone number and reason for cancellation; we will contact you shortly to proceed with the cancellation of the order.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders are sent with an invoice. Please indicate the correct details when placing your order.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 What payment methods can I choose?

You can pay by debit card (Visa, Mastercard,hellip;), credit card, cash on delivery or bank transfer.

An additional charge of 2% will be applied to cash on delivery payments. The minimum will be 1euro;.

These payment methods may vary as we plan to increase them to make shopping easier for our customers. If you wish to place your order with a payment method that is not available at the moment, you can request it through [email protected].

2.2 What is cash on delivery?

With cash on delivery, you pay directly to the carrier when your parcel is delivered. At that time, only cash will be accepted. An additional charge of 2% with a minimum of 1 Euro will be applied to cash on delivery payments.

We recommend that you have the exact amount ready before the delivery driver arrives to speed up the delivery process.

2.3 Is it safe to pay by card?

Card payments are completely secure and risk-free. All information is transferred encrypted via an SSL certificate so that it cannot be intercepted by third parties.

In addition, the information is entered directly into our bank's payment gateway, guaranteeing maximum security.

Nowadays, all card providers have already added an additional security step when making online payments, requiring confirmation by sms or key coordinates. This way, even if someone has your card information, they will not be able to make online purchases.

2.4 When will my card be charged?

When you pay by card, your card will be charged immediately.

2.5 What does payment with Bizum consist of?

Bizum is an innovative payment system that many banks have included among their services and allows you to make transactions from your bank account without having to give your IBAN, either for transfers between individuals or for purchases from companies.

This application is usually integrated directly into your online banking app so that the payments sent are completely secure as they are made directly by the issuing bank. Consult your online banking app for more information

2.6iquest;What are Paypal payments?

Paypal is a worldwide reference company that offers secure online payments through its payment gateway, using some of the most advanced anti-fraud systems in the world. In order to be able to make payments through this platform it is first necessary to register an account atwww.paypal.com.

2.7iquest;How long does it take to make a payment by transfer?

Currently, the maximum time a bank has to process a payment by bank transfer is three working days. It should be borne in mind that in the case of payments by this method, the shipment cannot be made until the bank makes the payment, at which time the order is prepared and sent.

3. SHIPMENT

3.1 When will I receive my order?

If you place your order before 14:00, the package will leave our facilities the same day. If the order is placed after that time and up to 16:30 it is quite likely that it will also be shipped the same day. After that time, it will be shipped the next day.

The delivery time for our shipments is a maximum of 24 hours from the time they leave our warehouse, to any destination on the peninsula. Most of the packages will be delivered before 14:00 hours of the following working day.

For islands and other countries, this period will be increased.

In all cases, once the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive by email or sms a tracker for tracking and estimated delivery.

3.2 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for Spain (peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and Portugal (peninsula) are 3.90€, except for purchases over 40€, in which case they are 0 euro. For France the shipping costs are 5,95€, except for purchases over 60€ in which case they are 0€. For Germany the shipping costs are 9,95€, except for purchases over 70€ in which case they are 0€. These amounts can be changed at any time by Thader Pharma in these Conditions of Sale. The exact amount is shown at the time of purchase and will in no case be modified.

3.4 How long does it take from the time the carrier collects the goods from your warehouse until you receive the order?

The delivery time is a maximum of 24 working hours from the time the carrier collects the goods from our warehouse. Exceptionally, this period may be extended to a maximum of 7 working days due to force majeure.

3.5 How can I track my order?

Once the order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email or sms from the transport agency with the tracking number, so you can track your shipment.

On the day of delivery of your order, you will be informed by text message of the approximate time of delivery.

3.6 What happens if I am not there on the day of delivery?

In the event that you are not at the specified address on the day of delivery, the transport company or the postman will inform you of the delivery attempt (by email, notification, telephone or any other system) and will make a second delivery or will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

3.7 To which countries is delivery possible?

Currently it is only possible to ship from the online shop to the countries available in the drop-down menu at the time of registration (Spain, France and some cities in Portugal). For the rest of Europe, orders are placed via email.

4. RETURNS

4.1 What should I do to return a product that I have bought in the online shop?

If you wish to return a product, you should contact our Customer Service Department by writing to [email protected], explaining the reason why you want to return the product or through the corresponding section in the order in your customer area. You will shortly receive instructions on how to proceed.

4.2 The product I have received is not the one I ordered. What should I do?

If you have received the wrong product, you should contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] to arrange for the correct product to be collected and sent to you.

To make the exchange effective, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

4.3 I have received a damaged/defective product. What should I do?

Thader Pharmase is committed to offering products in perfect condition. However, it is possible that a product may be damaged in transit or have an irregularity.

If the product you have received is damaged or defective, you should contact our Customer Service department by writing to [email protected], explaining what has happened and attaching a photograph of the defect. Our Customer Service department will contact you to agree on the conditions of the refund or exchange of the product.

5. NEWSLETTER

5.1 How can I subscribe to your newsletter?

Signing up for our newsletter is very easy and free. All you have to do is go to our website and enter your email address in the `newsletter` section, click on register and you will shortly receive an email confirming your subscription.

5.2 What are the advantages of registration?

Subscribing to our newsletter is free of charge and you can enjoy all these advantages:

  • Receive notifications of products, promotions and events.
  • Get samples and gifts with each of your orders.
  • Have your own personal space, where you can edit and organise your favourite content.
  • You can share your shopping experience with us and other shoppers.

5.3 I no longer wish to receive the Thader Pharma newsletter. What should I do?

We are sorry if you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, to do so just go to the bottom of the newsletter, where you will find a link specifying "unsubscribe", click on it and you will automatically stop receiving our newsletter.

6. ONLINE STORE

6.1 I have a promotional coupon and I want to use it. Where do I insert it?

When you place your order, in the shopping basket, under the list of products you will find the option to use a Coupon Code. Check the box and below you will see a window to enter the coupon.

6.2 I am told that the selected product is out of stock. What should I do?

If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email when it is back in stock. Just click on "Let me know when it is available" on the product page and enter your email address.

6.3 I saw a product in the online shop and its price has changed. Why is that?

It is possible that you saw a product with one price in our online shop and it currently shows a different price. This is because there are promotions that are only for a limited time.

These promotions are limited to the date indicated or end of stock, so it is possible that the promotion has expired or have been exhausted stocks of that product.

7. TESTED ON ANIMALS

7.1 Are Thader Pharmase products tested on animals?

No.

Information on the testing and toxicological studies of our products:

  • The different cosmetic lines of Thader Pharma Innovaciones Cosmético-Farmacéuticas, S.L. are formulated using ingredients whose safety of use and efficacy is guaranteed by alternative methods to animal testing, validated by the European Centre for the Validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
  • No animal testing is carried out during the production processes (semi-finished and finished product).
  • At all times we comply with the directives of Directive 2003/15/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 February 2003 amending Council Directive 76/768/EEC and with Royal Decree 209/2005 of 25 February, amending Royal Decree 1599/1997 of 17 October on cosmetic products.
  • It also complies with the provisions of the new Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Chapter V: Animal testing, Article 18, applicable from 11 July 2013.

CONCLUSION

  • Thader Pharma Innovaciones Cosmético-Farmacéuticas, S.L. guarantees to the consumers of all its products that NO animal testing has been carried out at ANY stage of the production process.

7.2 Do Thader Pharmacon products contain ingredients of animal origin?

The term "ingredients of animal origin" refers to raw materials produced by the animal itself, e.g. beeswax, or by external processes that do not compromise the health and safety of the animals.

Our product development department always selects the plant-based alternative, but some of our products do contain animal-based ingredients.

The finished products we have on the market include ingredients of vegetable, natural, biotechnological, mineral and other origins. All of them comply with the quality standards established by European and worldwide cosmetic regulations.

Specifically, the animal derivatives that some of our products may contain are: collagen, keratins and hyaluronic acid. By looking at the INCI of each product, you can find out whether or not it contains any of these components.

7.3 Why does the label of Thader Pharmano products show lsquo;Not tested on animalsrsquo; and why does the rabbit symbol lsquo;Cruelty Freersquo; appear on the label?

The European Union has prohibited the testing of finished products on animals since the early 1980s.

In addition, since March 2009, the marketing of cosmetic products containing ingredients tested on animals outside the EU has been prohibited.

According to European legislation, when a company launches a product on the market, it is not obliged to make a declaration stating that no animal testing has been carried out. The rabbit logo with the slogan "Cruelty Free" is neither obligatory nor necessary to guarantee and verify compliance with current legislation, as it is understood that this is not done.

8. CONTENT OF METALS OR PARABENS

8.1 Do Thader Pharmacon products contain nickel?

Nickel is a prohibited element for use in cosmetics. It is listed in Annex II (List of banned substances), with the number 1093.

It is therefore not incorporated in our products.

8.2 Do Thader Pharmacon products contain parabens?

Parabens are preservatives widely used in cosmetics. They serve to maintain the stability of products and prevent them from deteriorating over time.

These products are regularly tested to ensure that they are completely safe.

By looking at the INCI of each product, you can find out whether or not it contains this component.

They appear in the list of ingredients with the ending "paraben", such as methylparaben, propylparaben,...

8.3 Do Thader Pharmacon products contain sulphates?

Sulphates are surfactants and are used in cosmetic products as a powerful cleansing agent.

It is important to clarify that sulphates are not related to salt, which you will find as Sodium Chloride.

To find out if a product contains sulphates, you can read the INCI which lists everything it contains.

In the INCI you can find sulphates with the word Sulfate (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, hellip;).

8.4 What is the difference between ammonia-free and traditional hair dyes?

Ammonia-free hair dyes do not give off odour or toxic fumes, so they treat the hair fibre and respect the scalp up to 60% more than traditional hair dyes.

Lightens up to three shades, darkens and completely covers white hair.

8.5 What is the INCI of the packaging?

The INCI (International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients) appears on all the packaging and boxes of our products, where you can find all the components of each product.

By law, the ingredients have to be listed from the highest to the lowest quantity (without having to specify these percentages), while from concentrations of 1% or less, this order is no longer compulsory.

9. PRODUCT APPLICATION AND ADVICE

9.1 Where can I find the instructions for use of Thader Pharma products?

You can find the instructions for use and specifications of the products on our website, in the descriptions below our products.

If the information for a specific product does not appear, you can write to us at [email protected] and we will provide you with it.

9.2 What is the Skin Sensitivity Test?

For some products, it is recommended in the package leaflet to perform an allergy test 48 hours before each application of the product, even if you have used the product before.

The test should be performed on an area of skin approximately 1x1 cm behind the ear. Apply a small amount of the product in a thin layer with a cotton swab and leave it uncovered for 45 minutes.

Avoid contact with clothing. After 45 minutes, remove the product completely with lukewarm water. If you notice any reaction during the exposure time or during the following 48 hours, rinse the area immediately and do not use this product under any circumstances.

This test is an important precaution, however, bear in mind that even if it has been carried out, an allergic reaction may occur during the final application.

If in doubt, seek medical advice.

9.3 I suffer from skin allergies. Can I use Thader Pharmasin products without risk?

If you have any kind of allergy, you can see all the components in the INCI of our products.

If you have any doubts, we recommend that you do not apply the product and consult your doctor.

9.4 Do Thader Pharma products have an expiry date?

We specify the PAO (Period After Opening) on our products, which indicates the duration of the product since it is first opened, expressed in months.

You can find it on the back of the bottle or on the box. It is a symbol of an open bottle and a number, such as 12M which means 12 months.

9.5 Can I apply hair dye during pregnancy?

During the months of pregnancy or breastfeeding, we advise you to consult your doctor for hair colouring.

If he/she allows you to colour your hair, you will have to undergo a skin allergy safety test 48 hours beforehand.

9.6 How should I store cosmetics?

Always read the label: pay attention to the precautions for use and storage of the product.

We recommend writing the opening date of the product on the packaging and respecting the expiry date or the maximum period of safe use after opening.

Do not leave cosmetics in direct sunlight, near heat sources or in excessively hot environments. It is preferable to store in a cool, clean and dust-free place.

9.7 How can I recognise my skin type?

Oily skin: It is less sensitive to external factors and the effects of the passage of time are less noticeable. Excess oil causes shine, especially on the forehead, nostrils and chin, it is a rather thick skin and it is covered by a protective oily film that prevents dehydration.

Normal/mixed skin: Normal skin is smooth to the touch, even and without apparent imperfections. Combination skin can be recognised by some oily and shiny areas such as the forehead, nose and chin.

Dry skin: Lacking oil and moisture. It wrinkles earlier than other skin types and is very sensitive to cold, so it tends to crack. It has a rough feel and a rough surface and is sometimes accompanied by flaking.
